Lobster Salad Roll

Boost your immune system and fertility in both men and women with a food rich in selenium, the Lobster.

I am now scouring the internet for information about foods that help boost the immune system. I have found a few, one of the is them lobster which has a list of other health benefits.

Lucky for me, everyone at our house loves this shellfish, we only purchase it in season, and we have it cooked by the grocer. It makes things so much easier for us at home, and a lot quicker. If ever you wanted the authentic lobster, I would order them from Clear Water

The best lobster I have ever had was in Atlantic Canada, in a little restaurant bordering the sea. The lobsters were caught that same hour, and boiled using sea water. I have never tasted a better version, but this one comes pretty close.

My husband also loves this with scampi instead of lobster. These are also best served with wine, white or red, makes no difference. Enjoy!
