It is no secret that I have an obsession with chocolate! Not the candy bars, real chocolate! Oh how I love chocolate! Of course this meant that I had to find the ultimate  Chocolate Cake recipe that would satisfy my cravings and please my toughest crowd, my boys!

Info: servings 8-10   prep time: 15   baking time:50-55 minutes

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of flour
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/4 cup of honey
• 1 cup sugar free chocolate pudding
• 2 cups of vanilla Greek yogurt 0%
• 5 eggs
• 2 tablespoons of vanilla
• 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F on Bake (175 degree C) – grease a bundt pan.

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately (except for chocolate chips), then combine. Mix well, then combine chocolate chips to the batter.

Bake for 50 minutes or until cake is set. Let it cool in pan for no more than 10 minutes then turn out. You can serve it hot or cool.

The cake is so decadent it doesn’t need icing, so I sprinkle some powdered sugar for visual appeal.
