Fruit Salad 1

I often serve fruits just as they are or cut up in a bowl. The fruits that are just a little too ripe to eat on their own I blend into a shake or freeze for a smoothie. However, this morning I was in the mood to do something different. But different, has to be easy!

I chopped prunes, mango, and strawberries on a plastic chopping ‘board’. The prunes were very ripe, their skin came right off as I was cutting them. They left juice on the board, so did the mango, which I poured right into the salad bowl with the fruits. I added a dash of orange blossom water and mint. The flavors were amazing.
