Turkey Omelet
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 green onion
- 4 slices shopped cooked turkey
- 2 tbs cheese (whatever hard cheese you have in the fridge)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
As easy as; mix all the ingredients together, and cook in a non stick pan.
The omelet is thin, and that is what makes it easy to eat. Keep in mind that in restaurants, they add milk to the eggs making them fluffy and full. It is more of a filler than anything else. Therefore, you should know for future recipes, adding milk to eggs creates volume.

- 2 cup of water
- handful of spinach
- 1 green apple
- 2 limes
- 1 1/2 pineapple (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 mango (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt 0%

All into a blender! and Voila!
